Compliance
A real conversation with your own policyholder is not a robocall.
The spam problem in this industry comes from one-way blasts to strangers. Here's how we're built differently, and what we hand you to document it.
Licensing — the scope of the call
The AIUS calling agent does not discuss coverage, plan features, or pricing. It identifies itself and your agency, confirms it's reaching the right policyholder, notes the upcoming renewal or the reason for the call, and offers a time to speak with your licensed producer. That is the entire scope of the conversation.
Our fee is never contingent on a policy being sold. We are paid for an appointment your client attended, and nothing else. Every advice, quoting and coverage conversation happens with your licensed producer, exactly as it does today.
The rules we operate under.
- Your contacts only.
- Never a purchased, rented or scraped list. Every number came from your own records.
- Two-way, identified calls.
- The call states who's calling and on whose behalf, and answers questions. Anyone who wants a person gets transferred.
- Opt-outs honoured immediately
- and suppressed permanently across every campaign.
- Screened before dialling —
- do-not-call screening, number validation, legal calling windows in the client's own time zone.
- You approve the script,
- and the scope limits above are built into the script itself, not just into policy.
- Consent language
- for your intake forms and renewal paperwork, so the record stays clean going forward.
What we don't do.
- We don't call people who aren't already your contacts
- We don't buy, rent, scrape or supplement lists
- We don't give insurance advice, quote, or discuss price on a call
- We don't work during Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7)
- We don't guarantee revenue outcomes — we control contact and booking, not your close rate
How we handle your data.
What we receive is used only to run your campaign. It is never sold, never shared, and never used to supplement anyone else's list. It is transmitted and stored encrypted, kept only for the agreed retention period, and deleted on request.
Placeholder for AIUS: the exact retention period, sub-processor list and deletion process go here in counsel-approved wording before launch.
The agent on this website.
The agent you can talk to on this site is an automated system, disclosed as such before the microphone is used. It runs entirely in your browser session: no phone call is placed, no phone number is collected, and nothing said in the conversation is stored. It isn't a licensed insurance producer, it can't advise on coverage, quote a price or bind anything, and nothing it says forms an offer or a contract.
Bring your compliance questions — it's the conversation we have most often.
