How it works
One file from you. Calling starts on day five.
There is no software to install, no login, no dashboard and no integration with your agency management system. Here is the whole thing.
The first week.
| When | What happens | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Day 0 | You email us a policy export from your AMS | Send one file |
| Days 1–2 | We audit and clean the list: hygiene, do-not-call screening, number validation | Nothing |
| Days 2–3 | We write the script and configure the voice to your book | Nothing |
| Day 3 | You review and approve the script and the voice | 30 minutes |
| Day 5 | Calling begins. Appointments arrive as calendar invites | Take the appointments |
What a call actually sounds like.
Or skip the reading and talk to it yourself.
Talk to the agent instead
Same product, pointed at explaining itself rather than at your book.
You'll be speaking with an AI, not a person. It can't give insurance advice or quote prices. Uses your microphone; nothing is stored.
Sample call — renewal sweep
- Agent
- Good evening — this is the renewal line for Harbor & Main Insurance. Am I speaking with Dana Whitfield?
- Dana
- Yes — who is this again?
- Agent
- It's an automated assistant calling on behalf of Harbor & Main. Your auto policy renews on the 14th, and I'm checking whether you'd like a review with Marcus before it does.
- Dana
- Hang on — what's it going to cost me? Is the premium going up?
- Agent
- That's exactly what Marcus will go through with you — I can't quote or discuss pricing myself. He has Thursday at 4:30 or Friday morning at 9.
- Dana
- Thursday, but make it later —
- Agent
- Thursday it is. I have 5:15 as well; would that suit you better?
- Dana
- That works.
- Agent
- Booked. You'll get a calendar invite from Harbor & Main in the next few minutes. If you'd rather speak to someone in the office before then, I can put you through now.
Illustrative script, not a recording of a real client call.
When we call.
Business hours, evenings and weekends — always inside legal calling windows for the client's own time zone, at the cadence and retry limits agreed with your agency. Evenings and weekends are where the pickup rate lives, and they're the hardest shift to staff with people.
How appointments reach you, and how we count them.
Appointments arrive as ordinary calendar invites to your producer. At the end of each week you confirm which ones were attended — either through a read-only calendar share or a single-click weekly confirmation, whichever you prefer. That shared record is what your invoice is built from, so there's never a reconciliation argument at month end.
